Co-Owner of The Lash Company and international trainer for NovaLash, Sophia Navarro, has been an extentionist for over 5 years. Sophia is one of the nations leading top extentionists and is a true innovator. She has created her own technique for proper lash application exclusive to The Lash Company. She has also created many products for NovaLash which include the glamorous Candied Lashes^TM, the AirNova^TM and the most recent NovaLash Lash Liner^TM. With a waiting list that is over two months long Sophia has become a lash extension superstar and has clients flying in from locations as distant as California, New York and Florida. Her celebrity clientele includes Royalty and Houston's own Beyonce Knowles. Sophia is among the most trusted extentionists because not only will she deliever a flawless look but safety is her number one concern. Sophia's newest venture is devoting time to her non-profit organization The Lash Association for Safety and Health^TM which focuses on lash extention safety and regulation.  

Jessica was the first to be certified and trained with Sophia's exclusive technique and has over 3 years of experience. Her degree in Art enables Jessica to deliver a stunning look. With a long waiting list and a vast clientele, which includes some of Houston's most respected lawyers and socialites, she is able transform your lashes regardless of whether you are seeking a natural look or a dramatic enhancement.

Kelly is NovaLash certified and has been exclusively trained by Co-Owner of The Lash Company Sophia Navarro. She has over 2 years of experience and specializes in working with all lash types. Kelly's greatest accomplishment is being able to deliver a customized look to cancer surviors and clients who have suffered hair loss due to chemotherapy. Kelly's diverse clientele includes males, local Houston models and internationally known singers.

Our certified international extensionist Cristina joined the Lash Co. in 2007. Cristina has traveled doing lash extensions in Romania and its neighboring countries a year before her arrival to our Lash Co. family. Although her vast knoweledge and years of experience is vast her speciality is a soft touch but a fierce thick look. Cristina has given many clients a thick enhancing look that is guaranteed to WOW!   

NovaLash Trainer Madison Bauer is the newest additon to our Lash Co. family. She has over a year of experience training other extensionists in California and Chicago and now has a permanent home here at the Lash Co. Madison's precise touch and perfectionist attitude guarantees a unique look to each of her clients. Madison's edgy personality helps her deliver a natural yet stunning look.
